Proud winners of the UK Dance School of the Year 2026, J Fusion Dance is an award-winning dance studio based in Buckie, Moray.
Founded in June 2020, J Fusion began with a simple vision—to create a welcoming community where every child could discover the joy of dance while growing in confidence, making lifelong friendships and reaching their full potential.
What started as online classes during a time of uncertainty has grown into an award-winning studio, opening the doors to our beautiful Buckie home in June 2022. Today, we're proud to welcome over 170 dancers from 16 months through to young adults, offering a fun, friendly and professional environment where every child is encouraged to thrive.
Whether a dancer joins us for fun, fitness or competition, every child is valued, supported and inspired throughout their journey. Our classes include a wide variety of dance styles alongside our internationally recognised AcroDance programme, helping dancers develop technique, confidence and a lifelong love of dance.
We proudly offer both recreational and competitive pathways. Our recreational dancers enjoy performing in our annual theatre productions and community events, while our award-winning Competition Team represents J Fusion through the prestigious World Dance Masters federation, with opportunities to progress from Scottish Qualifiers to the European and World Championships.
As the proud home of multiple Scottish, European and World Champions, we celebrate every achievement—whether it's a child's very first class or standing on the top of the world podium.

I love Jfusion because its my favourite place to go. My dance teacher Joy is the best teacher I could ask for, she pushes me to the best I can be. The things I’ve loved so far are learning the different styles of dances, competitions and dresses and meeting new friends from other dance schools.

Our Isla started dancing with jfusion in early 2024. She loves dancing. She's always dancing whether it be in class at home, in the playground or in the shops. She is our superstar, having suffered lack of oxygen at birth she has challenges with mobility, balance & co-ordination. Isla has exceeded all expectations as it was thought she may not walk. Jfusion has helped Isla in so many ways. Her balance and co-ordination have improved so much whilst having lots of fun, increasing her confidence and making friends. We are forever grateful to the jfusion team for supporting Isla and giving her the opportunity to realise anyone can dance when they work hard, have determination and follow your dreams.

Eden started mini stars when she was 2 as a shy little girl, some days she was scared to even take part in the session, when turning 3 she joined the blazing stars group and has loved every second of it, excited to go every week, coming home teaching us everything she has learned, she’s made new friends and created bonds with her teachers. Edens confidence has grew so much and she can’t wait to continue dancing with Jfusion.

Priya started mini stars last summer when she turned 16 months, going to mini stars is her favourite time of the week, she knows all the actions and moves to the songs, she is so confident around dancing due to creating sucha special bond with joy and lucie. Priya always has a smile on her face and is so happy. We can’t wait to watch Priya grow into a dancer.

I love the JFusion team as joy, Anne and Lucie and all the other helpers are always helping you improve and they have helped me achieve so much this year. The studio is like a second home for me and I love dancing at competitions beside my friends. The shows are always such a thrill to watch.

Lachlan is LOVING his time at JFusion. Lachlan waited patiently in the wings watching his big brother dance until he was old enough to attend himself. He has grown heaps in his dancing since he started classes in January. He loves spending time with friends, and he loves the different dances and music. All the ladies at JFusion are so good with all the kiddos and have welcomed Lachlan so warmly. He’s just done his first show and he is hooked. Thanks to you for all you do, Joy, Anne, Lucie and ALL the big girl helpers. My boys love it at JFusion!

I have been dancing for a couple years now and I love being apart of the Jfusion team. It’s a place i can go to escape and have fun, and make so many new friends. I have gotten to experience so many new things and a lot more opportunities. I’ve gained much more confidence with being apart of the team and Joy has always pushed me to be the best I can be.
